Excellent service from Amir of Premium Persian Carpets. Communication about my online order was prompt and informative; delivery was quick (2 days) and the quality & colour of my carpets fantastic. One of the best online shopping experiences I’ve had in years.

It is an absolute pleasure dealing with this company. I ordered a carpet that unfortunately turned out to be too large for the area. I contacted them, and they immediately offered to exchange it—no questions asked. They started looking for a more suitable replacement straight away and I can’t wait to see what they find for me. Ordering something like a carpet online can be nerve-racking, but you can have complete peace of mind with this company. Their customer service is exceptional, and they clearly operate with honesty, integrity, and genuine care for their customers. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. I will never buy a carpet from anywhere else again. You’ve earned a customer for life!

Lovely shopping experience with Amir. So helpful and gorgeous carpets. He really knows his stuff. Zero pressure to buy anything. But I would have loved to have bought half the shop if I could have. Will definitely go back.
